A piezoelectric vibrator includes: a base part 13 in which a piezoelectric vibration piece 11 is placed; a conductive sealing body 14 which seals the piezoelectric vibration piece 11 fixed to the base part 13 into a space 12; and an external electrode terminal 15 which is arranged outside the base part 13 and into/from which AC signals for vibrating the piezoelectric vibration piece 11 are inputted or outputted. The sealing body 14 and the external electrode terminal 15 are electrically connected to each other via a conductive member 21 having a resistance value of level on 106 Ω through 1012 Ω.
