This pigment dispersion includes (A) yellow pigment, (B) a solvent and (C) a dispersant, in which the dispersant contains a polymer which has a primary to tertiary amino group and/or quaternary ammonium group on the side chain; and the content ratio of a monomer having the primary to tertiary amino group and/or quaternary ammonium group is 20 mol% or more in the monomer composition constituting the polymer, and the amount of water in the pigment dispersion is 0.4-1.8 wt.%.
