To provide a pigment dispersion that has high antifungal performance.
The pigment dispersion comprises: carbon black; a mildewproofing agent that has a hydrophobic structure and a structure capable of forming hydrogen bond; and an organic compound. The organic compound has two or more functional groups selected from hydroxyl group and amino group and has a carbon number of 7 or lower. The content (mass%) of the mildewproofing agent is 0.10 mass% based on the total mass of the pigment dispersion, wherein: the content of the mildewproofing agent based on the total mass of the pigment dispersion is <0.06 times in mass ratio the content (mass%) of the carbon black; and the content of the organic compound based on the total mass of the pigment dispersion is ≥1.0 times in mass ratio the content (mass%) of the mildewproofing agent.
