Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a large-scale and stable pile type artificial ground constructed by way of supporting it by support piles high on the sea to effectively use a space.
CONSTITUTION: This is an artificial ground supported considerably high by support piles, and the support piles are set as inclined piles 3 inclined and strongly resisting against horizontal force. Relation of the adjacent inclined piles 3 is respectively set in the state where the inclined direction is changed by 90 degrees for each of the piles. Consequently, it contributes to construction of an artificial ground which sufficiently resists a horizontal load of earthquake force and the like and high in reliability. The inclined piles are of support structure with a support moment reduced, pile diameter of the inclined piles 3 can be reduced and it contributes to reduction of material cost.
