To provide a pile with a wing capable of being securely and easily mounted on a pile body, wherein the required number of the wings can be installed at arbitrary positions based on the target ground or construction conditions and great bearing capacity can be gained after execution.
Bolt holes 3 are formed at intervals throughout the overall length of a steel pipe constituting the pile body 1. A wing unit 2 is fitted from the end part of the pile body 1 and fixed to the arbitrary bolt holes 3 by bolts 4. A wing member 2b is fixed by welding and the like on the external surface of a short steel pipe 2a having a little larger inside diameter than the outside diameter of the steel pipe constituting the pile body 1 in order to form the wing unit 2. The required number of wing units 2 can be installed in the positions where the bearing capacity by the wing member 2b can be easily gained on the basis of a ground borehole log and the like. In addition, the bolt holes 3, into which the bolts 4 between the wing units 2 are not inserted, can be utilized as inlets in the case where cement milk 5 is injected into the ground under pressure.
