PURPOSE: To increase the bearing capacity of a pile by a method in which a cloth cylinder is attached to the lower periphery of the pile, an injection tube leading to the cloth cylinder is provided in the hollow of the pile, and a cement hardener is injected from the upper end of the injection tube into the cloth cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A pile 3 is inserted into a cloth cylinder 4 of a larger diameter than the outside diameter of the pile 3, and both ends of the cylinder 4 are fixed to the pile 3. The pile 3 whose hollow 2 is incorporated with an injection tube 1 is settled into an excavated pit, and a cement hardener 5 is injected through the tube 1 into the cylinder 4.
