PURPOSE: To improve the speedy operation performance and safety by erecting two inverted L-shaped supporting pillars having a beam member which is projectingly installed at the upper end, in parallel at the left and right, supporting the pillar member by the slings installed on both the supporting pillars, and permitting revolution and rising and lowering by the drive of a chain block.
CONSTITUTION: A horizontal beam member 2 is projectingly installed from the upper end of the supporting pillar 1 of a rotary device A or B, and the chain blocks 3F and 3R which support the beam member 2 at the front and rear parts balance-support the front and rear ends of a sling 4 by a hook 3a. Above the sling 4, a pillar member W is supported. When a rising button is pushed, the chain block 3F or 3R rising-drives to raise the pillar member W. When a lowering button is pushed, the chain block 3F or 3R lowers to lower the sling 4. When a normal revolution button is pushed, the chain block 3F rises, and the chain block 3R lowers, and the pillar member W is revolved in the normal direction without changing the height. When a reverse revolution button is pushed, the pillar member W is reversely revolved without changing the height.
