Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar structure which can avoid interference between a component and equipment during welding, stabilize the quality of the welding, and spread an opening of a door.SOLUTION: A pillar structure 10 includes: a first member (an outer panel 30) forming a pillar 14; a second member (an inner panel 34) forming the pillar 14 having a closed cross section 38 with the first member 30; and a joint part 40A having a substantially T shape cross section and formed by one edge part (an end edge part 31A) of one of the first member 30 and the second member 34 and the other surface part (a flat surface part 36A) of one of the first member 30 and the second member 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
