To provide a pillow suitable for turning over in bed whose height with respect to the installation surface can be naturally adjusted to the height of user's head whether the user lies facing upward or sidesays and which therefore allows the user to sleep comfortably.

The pillow 2 comprises a neck supporting section 22 which is formed of an elastic material so that a part corresponding to a neck may gradually rise and a head supporting section 21 which is formed of an elastic material so that a part corresponding to a head may rise lower than the neck supporting section 22. These two sections 22, 21 are integrally formed with one side of the main body 23 of a mat having such a shape as to allow a human body to lie facing upward. A central part 211 of at least the head supporting section 21 of the pillow 2 is formed of a material softer than that of two side parts 212 so that the height of the back part of the head when the user lies facing upward and the height of the side part of the head when the user lies facing sideways can be naturally adjusted to the posture of the user.
