PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent missing of a taken image due to influence of a pilotless flight device when the pilotless flight device is controlled based on images taken by the pilotless flight device to be guided to around a target position near a target.SOLUTION: An image projector 101 projects an image for controlling the operation of a pilotless flight device equipped with an imaging device, to a target. A controller 103 controls the operation of the pilotless flight device based on images taken by the imaging device. A position setting unit 105 determines whether there is the pilotless flight device in the range of the light beam of a projected image based on the position of the image projector and the relation between the position where the pilotless flight device takes an image and the position where the image is projected, and sets at least one of the imaging position and the projection position based on the result of the determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
