A glove 10 is installed on an opening part of an upper side cylindrical body 2 housing conductive particles of a quantity corresponding to the size of a thin film-shaped glove 10 of an inspection object so as to cover an electrode 3, and is fastened and installed by a fastening tool 2d, and the cylindrical body 2 is overturned with a support bar 2c as a shaft, and particles are injected into the glove 10, and the glove 10 is inflated. Next, preset high voltage according to a thickness of the glove 10 is impressed between the electrode 3 (particles) and a brush 4b from a high voltage supply part 6, and after a brush part 4 is raised by a raising-lowering motor 5c, the cylindrical body 2 is rotated by 180 degrees, and the brush part 4 is lowered. At this time, when a pin hole exists in the glove 10, discharge is generated between the brush 4b and the particles (the electrode 3) through the pin hole, and since a warning lamp 7a of a detecting part is lighted or a warning buzzer 7b gives out a warning sound, a detective can be sorted.
