To provide a band for use in fixing a tap water pipe or a sewage water pipe to a building, in particular, an additional level band so as to prevent a band for a pipe laying over a floor or a pipe arranged in a vertical orientation from being dropped.

A pair of bolts 20 are connected at each of their lower ends 21 near both ends of a floor fixing base plate 10. Then, a pair of each of nuts 30 are spaced apart and temporarily fixed near the central sections of the aforesaid pair of bolts 20. In addition, there are provided a pair of semicircular pipe band main bodies 40a, 40b, wherein they are inserted into the aforesaid pair of nuts 30 and have insertion cuts 41a, 41b for use in inserting into each of the bolts 20. With such an arrangement as above, working operation can be performed quite efficiently even for narrow and complex building goods or non-adjusted building site and these bolts or nuts may not be lost.
