Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe bending device capable of variously setting a pipe bending range.SOLUTION: A control unit heats a pipe 21 through scanning a heating head 39 between a pair of chucks 23 holding the pipe 21 by using a reciprocating motion mechanism 35, and thereafter performs bending of the pipe 21 by a fulcrum unit 3, a rotary shaft 19, and a rotary base 13. An arbitrary range of the pipe 21 can be heated through controlling a servo motor 47 of the reciprocating motion mechanism 35, so that the bending range of the pipe 21 can be set variously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
