Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe bending device capable of bending a pipe in an arbitrary bending amount.SOLUTION: A control unit drives an air cylinder 31 for a pipe 21 held by a pair of chucks 23 to move a fulcrum member 33 toward a bending processing part bp, while driving a servo motor 11 according to a bending angle and a bending radius designated by an instruction section to move a pair of moving stages 7 in directions approaching each other. Therein, installment directions of the chucks 23 holding the pipe 21 and the moving stages 7 are adjusted by a rotary shaft 19, so that the pipe 21 is bent at the bending processing part bp of the pipe 21 where the fulcrum member 33 comes in contact. Therefore, by changing the bending angle and the bending radius designated by the instruction section, the pipe 21 can be bent in an arbitrary bending angle and an arbitrary bending radius.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
