Two pipe storages 11f, 11g with inner peripheries shaped along parts of the outer peripheries of pipes 9a, 9b (13a, 13b) are provided on a clamp mainbody 11b to be lined in one direction and a mount 110 is provided at one end of the clamp mainbody 11b in one direction. At the other end in one direction, an opening 11a tending to one direction is formed, through which the pipes 9a, 9b (13a, 13b) can be inserted in the pipe storages 11f, 11g. The clamp mainbody 11b is mounted on a floor in a room with one direction corresponding to a horizontal direction, so that the pipe storages 11f, 11g and the opening 11a can be lined in a horizontal direction to restrict the opening 11a of the clamp mainbody 11b from approaching a ground and stones or water from hitting the pipes.
