Abstract:
To prevent the rupture of a fusion part between a resin pipe and a coupling, and the formation of a crack in the resin pipe.
A attachment type pipe coupling 1 is a pipe coupling for communicating a connection pipe P with a connection pipe Q. The attachment type pipe coupling 1 includes a coupling body 100, an elastic seal ring 17 stored in the coupling body 100, and a resin short cylinder 52 connected to the coupling body 100. The elastic seal ring 17 is set so as to relatively rotate to at least one of the connection pipe P and the coupling body 100 when torsional torque received from the connection pipe P exceeds a threshold value within a predetermined range.
