To make a sealing recessed part compact, while highly accurately positioning a sensor array by the sealing recessed part, by taking out an input/output line simultaneously when inserting the sensor array and a circuit board attached with the input/output line into the sealing recessed part of a resin ring.
The resin ring 31 is formed with the sealing recessed part 35 for inserting the sensor array 41 and the circuit board 42 attached with the input/output line 43 on a fixing reference surface 35a from one side surface, and the sensor array 41 is mounted by separating from one end of the circuit board 42. The input/output line 43 is connected between the other end of the circuit board 42 and the sensor array 41. The sealing recessed part 35 is formed with a projection part 35b forming a clearance for inserting one end part of the circuit board 42 between the fixing reference surface 35a and itself. A magnetic sensitive surface of magnetic sensors 41a and 41b is determined in a sealing position opposed in the radial direction to a track 22 by contact between the fixing reference surface 35a of the sealing recessed part 35, the inner wall other side end surface 35c and the circuit board 42 and contact between the projection part 35b and one end of a package of the sensor array 41.
