Therefore, the aluminum foils 15 can absorb heat from the whole hot water pipes 14, radiating heat is transmitted to an aluminum foil 18 on a mat 12 and small joists 16a, 16b and radiated from the whole surface of the aluminum foil 18, and the radiating characteristic of the hot water mat of a heating/ cooling device can be enhanced. specially, when the hot water pipes 14 covered with the aluminum foils 15 and the aluminum foil 8 stuck on the mat 12 and the small joists 16a, 16b are brought into contact with each other, heat is transmitted directly from the aluminum foils 15 to cover the hot water pipes 14 to the aluminum foil 18 on the met 12 and the small 16a, 16b, therefore radiating characteristic can be remarkably improved.
