Abstract:
To provide a pipe joint enabling the water cut-off performance thereof to be improved even when water pressure is high.SOLUTION: A pipe joint having a socket at an end is provided, comprising a pipe joint body which includes first resin and a socket member which includes second resin. The second resin is hard vinyl chloride-based resin, ABS resin, acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, or urethan resin, the socket member is arranged at the socket on an inner surface of the pipe joint body, and packing structure constituted by fitting a recessed portion and a projecting portion is present in the contact surface between the pipe joint body and the socket member. The recessed portion of the packing structure includes the first resin and the projecting portion of the packing structure includes the second resin, or the recessed portion of the packing structure includes the second resin and the projecting portion of the packing structure includes the first resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
