Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-supporting metal fitting for facilitating a connection work and positioning work with an ensured connection force, although the constitution is very simple.
SOLUTION: A support ring 1 is provided to support around the sides of pipes P. Connection parts 2, in which bolt-insertion holes 3 for inserting a hanger rod Q are made, are provided on the upper part of the support ring 1. The connection parts 2 are connected to the lower part of the hanger rod Q in such a manner as to support the pipes P. The support ring 1 is made of an elastic strip. A pair of bolt-insertion holes 3 is made in the position where both ends of the support ring 1 are superimposed. The support ring 1 and the connection parts 2 are formed integrally. Locking edges 3A of the bolt-insertion holes 3, in which the hanger rod Q is inserted, are engaged with the side of the hanger rod Q by the elastic force of the support ring 1.
