Abstract:
To provide a piping connection adapter which can connect female-side connecting parts of piping connecting members by using one quick fastener, can connect them without increasing passage resistance, and can hold the adapter to the piping connecting members before the connection of the piping connecting members.SOLUTION: In a piping connection adapter (15) having a seal member (23) for sealing a clearance between piping connecting members (11, 13), and interposed between a pair of the mutually-connected piping connecting members, the piping connection adapter is formed of a metal-made pipe material in a short pipe shape, and can be assembled in a state of being inserted between a pair of the piping connecting members. An engagement part (21) which can be engaged with a lock groove (18a) formed in the piping connecting member is formed at least at one end part of the piping connection adapter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
