Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a plant raising method and the system therefor free from the following drawbacks: in conventional in-house plant-raising techniques, the entire house has been put to temperature regulation; however, this practice is disadvantageous in terms of energy saving; besides, since the object for temperature regulation is too large, uniform temperature of raising soil itself essential for plant raising has been hardly realized.
CONSTITUTION: Raising soil 3 is made independent of the ground and temperature is regulated from the ground. For the purpose of this practice, a temperature-regulating means comprised of (A) a heating/cooling means such as flow-through pipes 8 for temperature-regulating water and (B) a heat transfer means such as a metallic net is installed in the ground. In a preferable mode, the temperature-regulating means is either covered with a relevant means 5 or embedded therein and the upper surface of the covering means 5 is provided with a slope for the purpose of drainage.
