PURPOSE: To provide an inflow cross section having a low resistance to a medium and simply and accurately manufacture by means that cover layers 2, 2' of two web plates 1 respectively adjacent one lateral-current-permeable chamber are sloped at the ends over the hollow chamber and tightly joined over the entire width.
CONSTITUTION: It has two parallel flat cover layers 2 and parallel web which is located between the cover layers and coupled with the cover layers in a body, the web 3 closes a parallel-current-permeable hollow chamber 4. A plurality of web plates 1, 1', 1" are disposed like staples so as to form crosscurrent- permeable hollow chambers 5 between the web plates. The cover layers 2, 2' of two web plates 1 respectively adjacent one crosscurrent-permeable chamber 5 are sloped at the ends over the hollow chamber 5 between the cover layers and tightly joined by a weld joint 9. A spacer 6 in the hollow chamber 5 has a crosscurrent-permeable hollow chamber 7 and side attachment 8.
