Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic guide for a transmission device with a metal plate fitted and fixed into a slit formed in a vertical plate of a guide body, the metal plate having improved flatness and being prevented from coming off the slit of the guide body even under vibration during transport.
SOLUTION: A tensioner lever 1 as the plastic guide for the transmission device comprises a guide body 2 integrally formed of a synthetic resin with a shoe 3 and the vertical plate 4 and the metal plate 8 subjected to restriking machining and fitted and fixed into the slit 7 formed in the vertical plate 4 of the guide body. The metal plate 8 has a number of protruded and recessed portions 8a, 8b formed in the surface at the same time during the restriking machining for warp correction, and it is fixed to prevent the come-off of the metal plate fitted into the slit 7 with the number of protruded portions 8a.
