To provide a plastic recovery system capable of achieving a large-scale and wide range recovery of resources.

The first module of the plastic recovery system comprises the first box body, a seal-peeling device, a pulverizing device, a hot-water washing device, a device of removing chemicals, a floating washing device and a floating washing and dehydrating device, and the second module comprises the second box body, a seal-floating up device, a dehydrating device and a water treatment system, wherein the seal-peeling device is positioned above the seal-floating up device, the seal-peeling device is connected to the seal-floating up device, the pulverizing device is positioned above the dehydrating device and connected to the dehydrating device by the second channel, the dehydrating device is connected to the hot-water dehydrating device by the third channel, the floating washing device is equipped on its side position with the floating washing and dehydrating device and the device for removing chemicals which are connected to the floating washing device, the water treatment system is positioned below the floating washing dehydrating device and connected to the floating washing and dehydrating device by the second water channel and a transporting apparatus is connected to the seal-floating up device and the pulverizing device.
