To provide a plastisol composition which is excellent in storage stability and is cured by ultraviolet rays and the coating film of which exhibits excellent adhesiveness to a base material and is excellent in cold resistance and strength.

The plastisol composition contains (a) a vinyl chloride-based resin fine particle or an acrylic polymer fine particle, (b) block polyisocyanate or block polyurethane, (c) a polyamine compound, (d) an acrylate compound and/or a methacrylate compound, (e) an energy ray-sensitive radical polymerization initiator, (f) a plasticizer and (g) a filler.
