Abstract:

To fix a plate member to a predetermined position while actualizing the close contact of the plate member with a supporting member.

A protruded portion 52 of a structure 51 as the supporting member having the protruded portion 52 and a pocket portion 53 formed around the base end of the protruded portion 52 is pressed into a through-hole 54 of an electrode plate 50 as the plate member. Thus, the electrode plate 50 is fixed in close contact with the structure 51. Chips K which are produced when pressing the protruded portion 52 of the structure 51 into the through-hole 54 of the electrode plate 50 are stored in the pocket portion 53 and so they are prevented from entering into a close contact plane between the electrode plate 50 and the structure 51, therefore actualizing the close contact of the electrode plate 50 with the structure 51 when fixing the electrode plate 50 to the predetermined position.
