Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate type heat exchanger capable of suppressing partial accumulation of a fluid even when a fluid having viscosity and a fluid including a solid matter are circulated, and exerting maximum heat exchanger performance.SOLUTION: A plate-type heat exchanger includes a plurality of heat transfer plates superposed in a first direction, a first face and a second face of each heat transfer plate have a plurality of projections and recesses alternately formed in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and a second direction, and each projection includes a plurality of straight portions. In each of the plurality of heat transfer plates, its first face is opposed to a first face of the heat transfer plate adjacent thereto at one side in the first direction at an interval in the first direction. The straight portion of the projection on the second face of the heat transfer plate has a high region projecting most in the first direction, and at least one low region having a projection amount in the first direction lower than that of the high region, and aligned with the high region in a direction of extending the straight portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
