Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pneumatic force feed device smaller than a conventional device and capable of being operated by a construction machine or manually when a material is inserted.
CONSTITUTION: This pneumatic force feed device is constituted of an input hopper 2 fitted with a screen, a screw conveyor 3 provided in the horizontal direction below the input hopper 2, a force feed device section 5 provided below the tip section of the screw conveyor 3 via a material insertion port 4, a mixer section 6 provided in the horizontal direction at the lower end of the force feed device section 5, a force feed pipe section 8 provided at the tip of the mixer section 6 via a check valve section 7, and a nozzle compressed air feed pipe 9 provided at the rear end of the mixer section 6.
