PURPOSE: To facilitate installing a snow-melting apparatus in a specified location in a filling station and close to a fireproof wall and at the most suitable position by positioning the upper air-supply hole of an air-supply pipe and the upper exhaust hole of an exhaust pipe, both connected to a snow-melting apparatus, outside the fireproof wall.
CONSTITUTION: For a snow-melting system 1 a snow-melting apparatus 3 is provided in a location in a filling station 2, excluding an oil-filling space 2D, refueling space 2E, and a space 2F occupied by an office building, etc., and where the apparatus does not interfere with the paths for the refueled vehicles and close to a fireproof wall 2C. From a machine chamber 5 of the snow-melting apparatus 3 an air-supply pipe 11, communicating therewith, is erected and the upper air-supply hole is positioned outside the fireproof wall 2C. From an exhaust chamber 10 having an exhaust device 10A and connected with the machine chamber, an insulated exhaust pipe 12, communicating with the exhaust chamber, is erected and the upper exhaust hole is positioned outside the fireproof wall 2C. Thus this constitution enables installing the snow-melting apparatus 3 in a specified location in the filling station 2 and close to the fireproof wall 2C and at the most suitable position.
