Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire and its manufacturing method which hardly cause dispersion of a hard and soft rubber chafer dividing position at the time of manufacture and which have the dividing position of hard and soft rubber enable the stable manufacture of the tire as designed.
SOLUTION: A rubber chafer is formed of an outside rubber chafer 43 positioned on the side of a bead heel, an inside rubber chafer 41 positioned on the side of a bead toe and an intermediate part rubber chafer 42 positioned on a bead base on a pneumatic tire furnished with a bead core 1, a carcass ply 2 and the rubber chafer 4. The outside rubber chafer 43 and the intermediate rubber chafer 42 are formed of a hard rubber chafer excellent in a creep resistance characteristic, and the inside rubber chafer 41 is formed of hard and soft rubber chafers consisting of different compounds from each other of a soft rubber chafer excellent in a destruction characteristic.
