Then, a constrain material 10 for constraining the end part 6 of the carcass ply to the bead core 4 under pressing is equipped in outer side in the longitudinal direction of the rigid core of the bead core 4 and the carcass ply 3 under inserting the carcass ply 3 between the constrain material 10 and the bead core 4.
