In a pneumatic tire where a land part 4 is divided in a tread part 1, a vent spew 10 formed with a vent hole of a mold is disposed on a tread S of the land part 4 at a position of the shortest distance D in 5 mm or less from the edge 4a of the land part 4, a small land part 11 that extends from the vent spew 10 to the edge 4a of the land part 4 on a tread S of the land part 4 is installed, and the height from the tread S of the small land part 11 is turned to the vent spew 10 and is increased gradually. The pneumatic tire of the unvulcanized state is turned on by using the mold 20 that includes a small land part molding groove 23 with which vent hole 22 and small land part 11 that leads to cavity 21 with which land part 4 is molded and the cavity 21 are molded in the mold 20, and the vulcanization of the pneumatic tire is carried out in the mold 20.
