Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire with an improved strength of a tread part in a circumferential direction.
A tread reinforcing layer 24 is provided to an outer circumference of a cordless tire structural member 20 made of a polymer material. The tread reinforcing layer 24 is comprised of a first belt ply 26, a second belt ply 28, and a spiral belt layer 30, which include reinforcing cords made of a material with a higher Young's modulus than materials of polymer material layers 20A to 20G and a tread layer 38. Thereby, strength of a tread part 12 in a circumferential direction can be secured compared to a case where the tread reinforcing layer 24 is not provided.
