Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve steering stability and ride comfort in a balanced manner.SOLUTION: A mounting direction of the pneumatic tire to a vehicle is specified, an inner middle land portion 8 and an outer middle land portion 7 of which are respectively made of ribs having only a siping provided. The siping of the inner middle land portion 8 includes a full open siping 10 joining a center main groove 5 and an inner shoulder main groove 3. The siping of the outer middle land portion 7 is constituted of only: an outer siping 15, whose one end 15i is communicated with the outer shoulder main groove 4 and whose other end 15e is terminated at the outer middle land portion 7; and an inner siping 16 whose one end 16i is communicated with the center main groove 5 and whose other end 16e is terminated at the outer middle land portion 7. The number of the inner sipings 16 is smaller than the number of the outer sipings 15.
