Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire which is more improved in run-flat durability than a conventional run-flat tire.
A pair of sectionally crescent reinforcing rubber strips are provided on the inner face of a tire and a stiffener rubber is located at its end radially inside of the tire beyond a line segment Pa connecting the circular center P of the flange contour of a rim and a crossing A between a line drawn from the center P to the tire at an angle 60 degrees to a line parallel to a rim diameter line and the inner face of the tire in the cross section of an assembly of a tire and a rim in which slight pressure being 15% of the maximum air pressure in the tire is filled.
