Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an unprocessed key part, separated from a knife by attaching the unprocessed key member rotatable about a lateral shaft which couples the both sides of a pocket knife and providing an opening part in an attachment part of the unprocessed key member.
SOLUTION: A knife 1 shown in a cross section is formed of a main body 10 provided with two parallel side parts which are spaced at some intervals and connected to each other by two lateral shaft 12, 13. The knife 1 is provided with an unprocessed member 2, which is supposed to be formed into a key, and provided with an approximately flat unprocessed key member 20 having a long trunk and an attachment part 21. The attachment part 21 is attached in such a state that the unprocessed member 2 is rotated about the lateral shaft 13. An opening part 22 is provided in the attachment part 21 so that the unprocessed member 2 can be removed in a vertical position to the knife main body 1. The unprocessed member 2 can be thus separated from the knife for machining it into a key or used independent from the knife main body 1 afterward.
