Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point application system which urges an operator of a forklift performing a cargo handling operation within a refrigeration warehouse effectively to leave the warehouse and an electronic coupon distribution system.SOLUTION: A point application system 1 includes a forklift 10, an approach/retraction detection part which detects an approach of the forklift 10 to the inside of a warehouse W1 and a retraction of the forklift 10 from the warehouse W1, a clock part which measures an in-warehouse operation time, or an operation time for a cargo handling operation in the warehouse W1 when an approach to the inside of the warehouse W1 is detected, a notification part which does a notification operation when the in-warehouse operation time exceeds a specified set time for warning and a server 30 which applies a point to the operator. The server 30 applies a point when a retraction from the warehouse W1 is detected after the start of the notification operation and before a lapse of a specified time and restricts application of a point when a retraction from the warehouse W1 is detected from a lapse of the specified time.
