A point management system 1 comprises a management server 2, a student terminal 3 used by a student in a private preparatory school, and a parental terminal 4 used by parents of the student. The management server 2 comprises: a user activity information reception means 5 for receiving user activity information transmitted from the student terminal 3 or the parental terminal 4 via the Internet 20; a point database 6 for recording a point based on the user activity information and in relation to the user or a group to which the user belongs; an exchange request information reception means 8 for receiving exchange request information to request an exchange of the point recorded in the point database 6 with a replacement recorded in a replacing information database 7, and a point update means 9 for updating the point recorded in the point database 6 upon receiving exchange request information at the exchange request information reception means 8.
