In the concrete cover 1 for gutter wherein a pole of the pole type indicator is stood for fixation in a vertical hole 2 formed at a central part, a pole stand S formed by vertically providing a pole fitting cylinder 3 on the top surface of a flange 4, which is formed with a plurality of bolt holes 5, is fitted from under the vertical hole 2 so that the top of the pole fitting cylinder 3 projects from the surface of the concrete cover 1 for gutter, and fixing bolts 7 are screwed to female screw inserts 6 formed in a back surface of the concrete cover 1 for gutter, corresponding to the bolt holes 5 of the flange 4.
