Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically retrieve a measure target suited to an intensity of a measure by automatically selecting the intensity of the measure corresponding to the level of risk when preparing a policy of security measure.
SOLUTION: With inputted component information 101 as a retrieval key, a relevant menace list 103 and difficulty degree information 104 of respective menaces on the list are presented on a second picture 130-2. A user evaluates the amount of a loss applied to the user by each of menaces on the menace list 103 for five stages and applies it as influence degree information 105. When cost measure effect information 106 is inputted concerning whether or not the user minimize the cost as much as possible or avoid the risk as much as possible, on the basis of the difficulty degree information 104 and the influence degree information 105, a risk calculating part 107 calculates risk information 108. On the basis of the risk information 108 and, the cost to effect information 106, an intensity of a measure selecting part 109 selects an intensity of a measure 110, retrieves the suited measure target and prepares a measure list 111.
