To solve a problem wherein there is no polishing device with a cooling function using a general polisher so far.

A fan 3 and the polisher 4 are installed in a rotary shaft 2 of a device body 1 with the polisher 4 positioned in front of the fan, so that the fan 3 and the polisher 4 become separate bodies, and cooling air sent frontward by the fan 3 and abutting on the rear face of the polisher 4 is blown to a workpiece face W from the outer circumferential side of the polisher 4 to cool the workpiece face W. This constitution can cool the workpiece face W without using a special polisher. The fan 3 is formed mountable on a general device body 1 so that an existing polishing device can be formed into the polishing device with the cooling function.
