Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing sheet laminate that improves handling property of a polishing sheet before use and improves easy-polishing property.SOLUTION: A laminate 10 of a polishing sheet 1 is a polishing sheet laminate 10 that is formed by laminating a plurality of polishing sheets 1. The polishing sheet 1 has a polishing surface 1a and a back surface 1b, where an adhesive layer 2 is formed in part of the back surface 1b. The adhesive layer 2 of one polishing sheet is bonded on a side of the polishing surface of the other polishing sheet adjacent to the one polishing sheet in a lamination direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
