Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish urgently a countermeasure work for dealing with the case of polluted water leakage generated by the damage of a sealing structure of a waste disposal facility or by some unexpected cause.
SOLUTION: A cut-off wall 10 to be constructed on the position deeper than a sealing work constituting the bottom of the ground around a waste disposal facility 1 is built, and water injection pipes 15, 16 and 17 having their lower ends reaching water-permeable layers 12, 13 and 14 existing in the ground located outside the cut-off wall 10 and their upper ends opened on the surface of the ground are set close to the cut-off wall 10, and pumping pipes 18, 19 and 20 having their lower ends reaching the water-permeable layers 12, 13 and 14 similarly and their upper ends opened on the surface of the ground are set separated away from the cut-off wall 10, and while water is injected from the water injection pipes 15, 16 and 117 to fill the water-permeable layers 12, 13 and 14, the water is pumped up from the water pumping pipes 18, 19 and 20 and circulated.
