Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene composition having improved adhesion and being useful for a dielectric material layer in applications of electronic technology.SOLUTION: The composition includes one or more polyarylene polymers comprising as polymerization units a first monomer of one or more polyalkynyl-substituted aryls and a second monomer of one or more biscyclopentadiene in which the one or more polyarylene polymers has a skeleton including as a repeating unit an aryl part having one or more adhesion accelerating part for improving adhesion of a polyarylene oligomer to an inorganic surface. The composition has improved adhesion to the surface and is useful for forming a dielectric material layer in applications of electronic technology.SELECTED DRAWING: None
