To provide a polyamide resin composition which has all excellent strength, rigidity, good weldability, and toughness, achieves conflicting properties of good flowability and low flash-occurring properties, has low warping properties, furthermore excels in the external appearance of a molded article, and has excellent post-processability such as coating and coloring as a housing material for portable electric appliances.

The selection of a reactive flexible component, a modified cross section glass fiber, and an optimum inorganic filler for a crystalline aliphatic polyamide resin and an amorphous or hardly-crystallizable polyamide of an optimum kind and further the incorporation of an improver for coating properties and the like into the composition enable the problem with the composition to be solved.
