Abstract:
To provide a polyester-based film for laminating a metal plate, which is suitable for a food can and a beverage can in which adhesive strength to a metal plate does not decrease even when stored in a warehouse where the temperature is insufficiently controlled when the temperature is high in summer.SOLUTION: There is provided a biaxially-stretched polyester film for laminating a metal plate, having at least an adhesive layer (A layer) made of a polyester resin and a surface layer (B layer) made of a polyester resin, in which the adhesive layer satisfies the following (1) to (5): (1) the polyester resin for the adhesive layer contains 82 to 90 mol% of a repeating unit of ethylene terephthalate and 10 to 18 mol% of a repeating unit of a copolymerization component; (2) a sealing strength in which the adhesive layers are heat sealed is 1 N/15 mm or more and 2.5 N/15 mm or less; (3) a trans-conformation ratio of the adhesive layer obtained by a polarized ATR method is 1 or more and 1.5 or less; (4) a difference in sealing strength between the adhesive layers after aging at 50°C for 336 hours and before aging is 1.5 N/15 mm or less; and (5) a difference in the trans-conformation ratio of the adhesive layer obtained by a polarized ATR method after aging at 50°C for 336 hours and before aging is 0.7 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
