To provide a dustfree clothing producible in a mass without deteriorating the working environment by odor, and the like, and enabling comfortable work without applying discomfortable feeling to a worker wearing the clothing, more particularly, to provide a dustfree clothing produced by using a cloth composed of a polyester multifilament having high hygroscopic property, having extremely small self-dust generation property, washing resistance and soft feeling in wearing, keeping the humidity within the clothing to a comfortable level in wearing owing to its high hygroscopicity and free from discomfortable feeling in work.
The polyester cloth has a fiber surface layer covered with a film formed by the vinyl polymerization of (A) a water-soluble urethane resin having ≥2 reactive vinyl groups and (B) a hydrophilic vinyl monomer added with a polyalkylene oxide. The dustfree clothing is produced by using the polyester cloth at least as a part of the clothing.
