Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a polyester composite film for the lamination of metals excellent in deformability, impact resistance, close adhesiveness and heat resistance at the time of can manufacturing, not generating the sticking of a punch or the mark of a feed pin and excellent in flavor resistance.
CONSTITUTION: A polyester composite film comprises a layered structure of A/B/A where the layer A is composed of polyethylene terephthalate isophthalate with an m.p. of 210-230°C and the layer B is composed of polyester with Tg of 40°C or lower containing 50mol% or more of a terephthalic acid residue, 5-50mol% of a 10C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residue, 35-60mol% of EG and 40-65mol% of 1,4-butane diol.
