PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent adhesion and resistance to low-temperature impact and heat cycles, consisting of a specified copolyester and a modified ethylene copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: 15W45% (by mol; the same applies hereinbelow) terephthalic acid, 35W5% arom. and/or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid other than terephthalic acid and 0W25% 8W40 C aliph. dicarboxylic acid are reacted with 15W50% 1,4-butanediol and 35W0% at least one diol selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, 1,6-hexanediol and neopentyl glycol to obtain a copolyester (A) having a relative viscosity of 0.1W2.0 (in 0-chlorophenol soln. of 0.5wt% copolyester at 25°C). 0.01W10wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) is grafted onto an unmodified ethylene copolymer having an MI of 1W200g/10min and a crystallinity of not higher than 60%, composed of 40W99% ethylene and a 3 C or higher α-olefin to obtain a modified ethylene copolymer (B). 100pts. wt. component A is blended with 0.5W30pts.wt. component B.
